The timetable for 2018 will be confirmed soon.
Entries will be open via the British Cycling website from January. They will remain open (if spaces are available) until one week before the race. We strongly recommend that you take advantage of these pre-entries as we cannot guarantee that entry on the day will be available.
All venue Terms & Conditions (including car parking) must be adhered to at all times.
Our events are run under British Cycling Technical Regulations and overseen by a team of British Cycling commissaires.
Riders compete at their own risk. These are competitive events ridden at high speed and are not suitable for beginners. We expect our Junior and Senior riders to have some previous experience in the relevant discipline prior to entering – either from other races or through race-specific skills training sessions.
All equipment – including clothing – must be fully compliant and riders are solely responsible for the condition and set-up of their bikes and all associated items. Use of hire bikes is NOT permitted.
Use of on-board video or photographic recording equipment of any kind is prohibited during competitive events. There are no exceptions to this.
In the event of an accident please leave the area clear to allow the appointed First Aid team to carry out whatever care is necessary. Do not cross the circuit unless given permission to do so by the Chief Commissaire. If you are a medical professional and able to assist please notify the race officials.
To comply with the Risk Assessment for Lee Valley VeloPark, there are restrictions in place for spectators, especially around the start/finish area and timing hut. There are, however, extremely good views of the circuit from upstairs on the external concourse of the building.
Please note that NO DOGS are permitted.
Lee Valley VeloPark is in Abercrombie Road, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 3AB.
If travelling to the venue by car, please ensure that you have read and understood the Parking Tarrifs. Traffic in the area is likely to be busy on Saturdays. Plan your journey carefully.
For details of football matches taking place at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium (which may affect your journey) please visit the West Ham United website West Ham Fixtures.
Special arrangements will be in place for riders participating in the March Hare Classic who require extended parking (longer than 4 hours). Riders will be able to park for an unlimited time at a cost of £2. To do this you will need to register your car and pay your £2 in the SIGN ON area for the race.
Alternatively, to claim just the free 4 hours parking, please register your details in the terminal located in the Road Circuit entrance tunnel.
