No events on 11th November, 25th November, 16th December, 30th December.
The event on 2nd December will be non-ranking due to the points cut-off deadline with British Cycling.
The March Hare will take place on 24th March and will replace our races that day.
For the 2017-2018 series we have a BRAND NEW FORMAT, which will operate on alternate weeks. This allows us to cater for all rider categories and create new opportunities for people to race. Three separate races will take place each week;
Week 1 = 3rd/4th Cat Men, E1234 Women, E123 Men
Week 2 = 4th Cat Men, 3rd Cat Men, E123 Men
Ranking Points will be given to the Top Ten overall in each race and will NOT be split by category.
This year we are working in partnership with Hillingdon Cycle Circuit who will be running an identical programme, also offering a Women Only race fortnightly. A list showing the programme for both venues is attached below, to help you plan your calendars.
Registration is now open via the British Cycling Website.
Membership is optional and there is a one-off cost of £15 for this (excluding BC admin fees).
Only registered members will be able to enter races on-line at the reduced price.
Advance entries will be accepted approximately ONE WEEK before each event. Once accepted fees are not refundable or transferable.
Entry on the day is available to members AND non-members if spaces are available. This will be on a first come, first served basis and there is no waiting list. We will NOT be able to respond to any individual queries regarding availability of spaces.
Advance Entry (members only) = £15 excluding BC admin fees
On the Day Entry (open) = £20
The membership and race entry fees charged to our riders cover British Cycling admin charges and rider levies. They also contribute towards the event overheads (venue hire, electronic timing, officials, marshals, prizes & First Aid provision).
