Registration & Entries

Series Membership is optional and there is a small, one-off cost for this.

Only registered members will be able to pre-enter races on-line and this will be at a discounted price.  You can purchase series membership at any time from the British Cycling website or by placing an entry (the system will take you through the process).

All participants are required to have Silver or Gold British Cycling Membership and a Full Racing Licence valid until 31st December 2018.

Entries will open one month before each race and will be confirmed/accepted automatically by the BC on-line system. Pre-entries will close on Monday night.  If you withdraw or cancel after this your entry fee is non-refundable.

Pre-entry is not essential but we do recommend it.  Entry on the day is offered to members AND non-members if there are spaces available.  To see a list of pre-entered riders please visit the event page on the British Cycling website as we can't respond to individual queries.

Advance Entry (members only) = £15

On the Day Entry (open) = £20

Race entry fees include race levies (which go direct British Cycling).  Membership fees contribute towards the cost of venue hire, electronic timing, officials & First Aid provision.

Electronic Timing & Results

Riders will be issued with a MyLaps digital transponder at sign-on.  This must be returned at the end of each race along with your numbers.  A replacement fee of £25 will be charged for units which have not been returned to us.

PROVISIONAL results will be made available at the end of each race.  Riders have 24 hours to notify the organisers of any discrepancies.

Ranking Points are allocated by British Cycling.  Please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after each event for points to be added on your dashboard.  Any queries related to points should be raised with British Cycling and not the race organisers.

London's Air Ambulance

Our chosen charity is London's Air Ambulance, a life-saving service which relies almost entirely on public donations.

We organise over 100 races per year which, with 8 pins per rider per race, equates to a lot of safety pins.  A cash donation (minimum £1) is required for any pins you wish to purchase from us at sign on.  All proceeds from this go direct to London's Air Ambulance.  Alternatively you're welcome to bring your own supply.

Lee Valley VeloPark

Lee Valley VeloPark is in Abercrombie Road, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 3AB.

If travelling to the venue by car, please ensure that you have read and understood the Parking Tarrifs.  Traffic in the area is likely to be busy on Saturdays.  Plan your journey carefully.
